I’ve outlined my experiences with the Kitchener-Ontario builder Joe Catana, who owns a company which disguises its true calibre with the name Premium Homes. It is part of the GrandView Homes operation also based in Kitchener, Ontario.

The losses and nightmare I’ve experienced for two years with my new house purchase were initiated when I made the mistake of trusting Danny Gole, an agent with the brokerage of Royal LePage Triland Realty in London, Ontario.
